Dr. Sarah Arpin

Dr. Sarah Arpin grew up in Killingly, and after high school, she attended and graduated from D’Youville College in Buffalo New York. While in school, she took classes amongst nursing, physical therapy, Physician Assistant, and other healthcare professional students, which has taught her the importance of working in an interdisciplinary setting.

She was awarded the Chiropractic Student of the year in 2014 and Outstanding Academic Achievement and Professional Leadership Award in 2016. She was also chosen to be one of only eight student leaders for the Association of Chiropractic Colleges Research Agenda Conference in both 2015 and 2016. Dr. Arpin’s love for chiropractic is based in the natural pain relieving effects that chiropractic achieves, so that patients do not have rely on pain medication.

She believes in the importance of taking the time necessary to address those muscular imbalances that coincide with misalignments, so that adjustments are more effective, and healing can occur more quickly, which is why myofascial release technique is such an integral part of her treatments. Dr. Arpin especially enjoys working with patients who have headaches, because she herself suffered from chronic headaches until she began regular chiropractic care.

She helps her patients address whole body wellness, by incorporating proper stretches, exercises, and nutrition to the chiropractic adjustments. She follows evidence based practice techniques when treating her patients to ensure better outcomes. In her free time, Dr. Arpin enjoys spending time with her husband and family, hiking, tennis, and photography.
